We celebrated this delicious day on Friday instead of the traditional fourth Thursday this November. I will say that the meal that Mom, Maddi, and I created was WELL worth the wait. I would go through everything we had but then I would get really upset that it is over and I don’t want that. All I will say: I have discovered that I make AMAZING twice baked potatoes. Seriously. They were good.

This fall break has been much needed. I have been needing a rest from school and I am enjoying every minute…well, minus the minutes at work.

But since I have been enjoying this break, I have consequently procrastinated (not that I EVER do that…) and I now have to finish my English Documentary a little later than originally planned. Oh well, it will get done, I have faith…and I also have a Rockstar planned for an all-nighter

PS We have recently gotten an adorable kitten named Roxy. She is about 10 weeks old and is VERY playful…I’m pretty sure she thinks she is a dog. Thats OK. I like dogs too.
